PTSMN Trainers are an excellent way to build a safe and customized exercise program into your life and produce transformative results.
Building strength in the body is a critical component to overall health and wellness. Exercise, specifically strength training with cardo conditioning, helps prevent chronic diseases like obesity diabetes, heart disease, sleep disorders, long-term muscle tightness and pain, stress and anxiety issues, and more.
What is a session like?
Initial Sessions will include benchmark assessments, such as the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). Trainers will determine the correct starting place for fitness training and focus on teaching proper movement technique. Personalized mobility, strength and conditioning programs are then designed with each coach guiding and supporting our members and their families as they master each exercise and make sustainable progress on their journey to health and wellness.

We hail from The Power House, based in St. Paul. Our mission is to provide transformative wellness services and help our clients WIN THEIR LIVES.
In our relationship with The Power House we strive to offer our members a variety of services through our Wellness Centers. Yoga classes, kettlebell classes and cooking classes are a few to name. With these hands-on classes our members can take part and participate in ways to change their lives.
What to expect?
Each session with a health coach will produce thought-provoking questions and offer collaborative options, strategies, guidance and support towards positive lifestyle change. The health coaching process is unique to each induvial; no one plan fits all. Expect open dialogue, a focus on the mind- body connection and opportunities for creative problem solving. Initial sessions will review medical history and lifestyle habits and will develop into a simple plan to work on between sessions. Goals are continuously explored and redefined with safety and longevity as the top priority.
What would you do if you could not fail?
Health coaching is a transformational process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behavior change. A health coach challenges each person to listen to their inner wisdom, identify their values and transform their goals into action. In addition to one-on-one sessions, the PTSMN health coaches collaborate with the Wellness Center team and work with couples, families and groups to create long- term positive results.
